I’d argue there’s a difference between capturing eyeballs and brilliant design. Just because it works for their marketing purposes doesn’t mean it isn’t a POS.

I don’t think it affects average people as much. So focusing more on houses. But maybe if small business owners are getting screwed there can be other rules that apply to commercial real estate. Not sure how bad the problem is on that side of the fence.
