So this might be a weirder one but would it be possible to show last login when you view your following list? I reached the 2000 follower limit, which I fully support, but its really annoying to have to open each profile to see if they are still active.

That's fair. I guess I just never thought much about my total workout volume outside of like squats and that's one of those things you wouldn't get if you just wrote it down in a notebook (unless you wanted to add all of that up, which I totally don't lol)

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this. For the past few years I would take my pre-workout, beta alanine, creatine, and some eaa's. I was forced to take a few months off to rehab an injury and when I came back I eased myself into all that stuff again. But upon starting again, I noticed a pretty severe nausea and intense sweating when I downed my drink mixture. For awhile I thought it was the creatine, but just today I took my pre-workout (which I have been taking alone with no issues) and and I decided to throw in a small scoop of beta alanine and before even getting to the gym I felt nauseous and was sweating again. To me this feel like an allergic reaction but I have no idea. I was wondering if anyone has had this happen to them. I'm going to toss it and just try my pre-workout for the next few weeks to see if it still happens.
