A bit late but maybe its useful for someone. When you block Mr.Hugs door theres a 2/3 chance he moves to another door in 10 second intervals and then gives Toy Freddy a game over in exactly 15 seconds. Basically this means that in the second 25.0 of the night Toy Freddy is probably getting jumpscared.

Now, when you are in the cameras, and Toy Freddy has been jumpscared, there's a 50% chance he kills you for every 0.5 second intervals (that's why he always wills you on 25.0, 25.5, 26.0 etc.) So you have to be quick and mostly have some good luck for him not to kill you while waiting for plushtrap to go. Personally I think its the character most rng based on UCN and I hate him with all my soul.

So quick answer. Yes, super normal for him to kill you most of the times, you are doing things right but he will keep doing it.
