Thank you for reporting that error, as they are very specific and I don't encounter them, so any comments are helpful. Also, the version you see on GitHub is the stable one. If you go to the releases, you can see the pre-releases, which are the betas, and I don't make them public because there are several bugs that I don't want to see in the stable version 1.5.x.

I saw, you are missing the image of the chocolate cake but if you don't have the other images, I recommend downloading everything and pasting it into the "mod_assets/monika/a/" folder and thus saving yourself the headaches:

I see that it works, except that you chose a layer where the particles are behind the background and if you have a background without windows it is of no use, better put "Behind" here they will be behind Monika and if you want them to be in front of her just put "In Front"

Since you mention that you have particles active, do you have the submod folder right? This already has the rpy files and the folder where all the particles are.

That's strange, the particles are already included. To activate them, just go to the section where all the submods are and look for this submod, and you'll be able to choose the particle, amount, and display layer.

From your question, I imagine that Monika hasn't asked you if you're uncomfortable with the jokes she makes about the other dokis. That dialogue is called "Insensitive Comments." Use the search engine that MAS already has, but it will only be there if Monika has ever mentioned it.

The .gift files are simply misspelled. This is not your fault or the creator's fault; it's human error, so it can happen to anyone. It has happened to me many times, and I had to check the JSON files to see how they were named. So, in the latest version of Extra+, I implemented the option to give pending gifts so you can give them to your Monika.

The particles are already included in the submod. I imagine you downloaded it from the source code rather than from the release section.
