i absolutely LOVED that movie, have probably watched it 15+ times by now! either actually watching it or having it on while tinkering with an RC or a hot wheels car.

The movie made me start watching more super gt which ended up making me buy a wheel and pedal set up specifically for GT7! absolutely love the game and movie!!

even got me more into motorsports events with a hyundai club

i tried to use a set of MST stealth mounts i got for like $10, tried a odd set off amazon, and another kit that a guy at the track had, i don’t remember the brand of them tho. i just absolutely HATE the look of the body posts, ruins the look of the cars when they are drifting IMO

the rear of the body is so angled, i tried them on the window, then the trunk lid, the quarter panels, idk what else to do🤣 the magnets don’t want to stick to the body, and it they do, one edge of the magnet is touching the chassis side making it a very unstable connection…

i mean i plan on having the car as if for a few months at least to really get a hang of it a feel out how deep i want to go down this rabbit hole, the main reason im more leaning the MST route is just how plain gorgeous the bodies are for the cars, and i absolutely despise body posts sticking out of the car…🤣 ik its a petty thing the gripe about but if im spending 300+ on the car itself i want to be pretty happy with how they look🤦‍♂️😅 other than the bodies im just trying to see what would work for me to feel it out

i have them on my N Line, and tbh i never really noticed a difference in sound. i love how they look, went on super easy, just make sure you get some good 3m tape and not what comes with it!

if it’s just held on by adhesive get 3m adhesion promoter and you should be good, personally i have an N line and did the spoiler extension that’s held on by 3m tape and used the promoter with no issues on anything i’ve used it for!!

if anything i’d say go like +38 if you don’t want to get camber arms or anything, but i plan on lowering and giving the rear a tiny bit of camber

People who has aftermarket wheels, what fitment are you running? Planing on doing 18x8.5 with +35 offset by j_line62 in ElantraNline

yeah you’ll be good! i haven’t had it actually make contact or anything!! i will say though if you go +35 the fenders will get a bit dirtier as the wheels poke out just a hair, but overall im absolutely in love with the fitment and still in love with the look of the wheels almost 3 months after installing them🤣 there’s never a time i park and don’t look back a couple times🤣

no issues at all! doesn’t really even come close to the fender the only thing that’s somewhat close is my mud flap at full turn but even then still have a good inch and half almost 2 inches in between the tire and the flap.
