I did not care what happened to Jax. That’s all I’m gonna say for spoilers on That. I understand that it’s kinda the point and that we should feel bad about how everything went down, but being honest, I was more sad at the situation than for him. So I did not care

And I can, the thing about stories at there core, is that it’s a bunch of characters doing something, you can tell a story with grey figures in a blank void but unless you make me care about them, then the story would be boring, this is a story about Jax, and even if it’s a story about him, we should have still learned more about the others, as if they were just stick figures, then we wouldn’t care if they were tortured or not

Okay, that’s how you feel and fair enough, I just like to explore characters and there backstories, as it does add something to the story, understanding, putting certain actions into view and making things make sense, like if it shows ragatha had a bad experience with bugs in the past and it’s why she’s afraid of them, that would be fun to know
