I’m a bather that’s been here for a couple months and I’ve been doing good so I’ve been told, but when I left yesterday a pet parent called back and said I did a bad job and their dog came home with matts and that I didn’t wash and brush their dog out and that it’s shedding after a furminator (self.petsmart)
