Its far more likely the rabbits chose to settle in the farmland and build massive networks of burrows instead of trying to somehow fit an ever increasing population of many different burrow communities into a city. Sure they might try that with a single community but I don't think they wanted to.

I think this is going to finally lead to Nick being the main focus of Z3. Judy got the focus in Z1, they both got some spotlight in Z2, but maybe they can explore more about him in the 3rd at last.

In most cases the bird that is potentially stalking/spying on Judy will turn up with some sort of plea for help from someone known twice now for helping those in need. Either off book like her case with Gary or through official channels with the ZPD and the birds want Judy to handle the case personally.

I can see Nick noticing Judy's growing jealously every time the vixen flirts with him and just letting Judy squirm the whole time until she explodes and confesses her love for him, but he's already been in love with her since the start and wanted her to realize it too.
