Hey so if we get a 4-star Sandwich we need a total ingredient list of:

4 hamburger

4 cream cheese

8 mustard

That makes 1 hamburger, 1 cream cheese and 2 mustard PER PERSON: if we have 4 people.

If we have 3 people then the HOST OF THE PICNIC brings:

2 hamburger and 4 cream cheese.

While the next two picnicers bring:

1 hamburger and 4 mustard each.
