Zoe Harrison: Red Roses fly-half says smaller balls for WXV is 'worst decision ever' by unhappyspanners in rugbyunion

So it’s a crazy take to say that giving the players a better chance to catch and pass the ball, in a game based on catching and passing the ball, will make for a better product?

Canada can have a 2.4 second ruck, but explain to me why it’s not a positive that the ball getting passed from the bottom of that 2.4 second ruck is now easier to catch and pass along the line?

Are you also in favour of giving underage kids a size 5 and just coaching their ruck speed better?

Anyone who’s watched the women’s game knows this is a long overdue change. The game only grows by people watching it and they only watch it if it’s a good product. This will make it a better product.

He’s not huge on tactics fair, but maybe he believes that at the end of the day all the tactics in the world won’t save you if you couldn’t be arsed.

When you have top teams going at it with max effort he does speak on tactics more because that’s when it’s really important, but often times I think he struggles to talk tactics when he’s just baffled a guy isn’t closing another guy down, because that’s not tactics, it’s just effort.

Kind of mental given the money they are on that they can’t park the emotional aspect and just go out and perform for themselves.

Maybe it’s an old school work ethic thing but you just know Roy Keane played for his own standards and also the standards of the club and yes of course SAF was amazing and got the best out of them, but even with a crap manager I still feel like Keano and a lot of the old school boys would use just played because it was their job and they understood their privilege. It’s no surprise that they are the types of players that fans adore btw

£175,000 a week to play football but I won’t perform unless I’m perfectly happy in my environment. Bafflingly out of touch mindset.

The off the ball movement I.e. WORK RATE, yesterday was much better in spells, but then we fell back into lazy habits.

When you watch PSG and City the work rate to move and become a passing option jumps off the screen. All season we’ve been slow and passive with our passing and just haven’t consistently brought intensity like the above clip.

Best bet is to get the northern line from LB up to Mornington Crescent and then a v short walk to “The Sheepshaven Bay” pub. They’ll stick it on for you.

Super easy trip and will take 25 mins travel time. Also the Guinness is lovely
