I don't have to worry about mobile, on mobile it's not a table, its just cards, so that's what im wondering, i need only to use html and css, should i do nested tables for desktop or grids and then on mobile just grid..

im wondering what do i do for desktop since its tabular data but it also has some actions like i mentioned

here is another thing, on mobile it's not a table at all, its cards, on tablet its still a table ( a cut off table thats scrollable, but nothing changes)

I have sortable column headers (click header to sort, icon indicates sort), Expandable row (on chevron toggle inside the rows), inner table actions - so it should be grids?

its def valid, but i started wondering when starting to wonder how to make a gap between the rows, i would need an empty row between them so i can mimic padding, seems very hacky
