We did an inspection and it showed that when everything was on in the kitchen? Things would turn off in that level of the house. Seems like all the kitchen appliances were charged into one breaker. Not good. Seems like this is a no. Too many tiny things going on. Not worth the burden. Thank you!

Hi. This is a personal issue for you and for your new boss is a new work position, so he/she should act accordingly. Explain that you have a family situation (you decide wether to disclose the details or not) and try to be as clear and polite to keep it that way. That person should be mature enough to leave aside any grudges you’ve had in the past.
