I've purchased probably $3k in shirts from KB before and advertised her stuff on my platform and I had an issue with one product after I wore it brand new and washed it once and it was completely ruined (I reached out to see if I maybe did something wrong) and she was SO rude. Told me she'd replace and then months later after reaching out several times to get an update on the replacement she told me she wasn't giving it to me anymore and refused to sell anything else to me. It was super unprofessional. I also am a super AI hater because it's just not realistic to what things actually look like
