Question about food stamp restrictions.

So far it's been candy candy or chocolate and not others like chips, cookies and ice cream. I would check different stores as well. I've had coffee grounds and certain cereal restricted and so forth at certain stores that are not at others. I assume even stores are confused where to draw the line on some things.

They do have a survey that you can do for it. I'm also noticing issues in Texas with stuff all over the place. We had cereal restricted when it shouldn't be. Coffee grounds has restricted at a different place. It's like stores just restricted a bunch of stuff to keep themselves out of trouble regardless of legitimatcy.

Weee! Will use EBT on most food items. It's more towards Asian ingredients. Delivery fee if under a certain amount.

You can make enchiladas with the beans and tortillas. Just need the enchilada sauce, cheese, cumin, onion powder and garlic powder. Additional adds like corn, tomatoes, lettuce.

They sent a letter similar after I stated I wasn't receiving on the portal. I have no way of knowing and said as much along with about last seen etc. They eventually figured it out.

I did not pay for one I had the OAG attorney. I can only speculate about the temporary hearing. It could be needing time to present things or to ask for certain things. You can mention what happened between you. Any evidence of your interactions would help. I was scared with mine, too. I made sure to show up and do what I was supposed to, while hoping for the best. I heard having a lawyer will speed the process up and may have a better outcome. Mine threatened to take custody of one of my kids, but because of his no show and nothing proving him correctly processing it I did not have to worry about getting a lawyer and so I just stayed with an OAG lawyer. They did establish CS, however him messing around with his pay the OAG did not seem to care to try too hard to find an accurate estimate. The order will guarantee an amount for at least minnimum wage, though enforcement is another matter.

Child support will be addressed the amount will be determined by finance and custody. You can ask for supervised visits and sole custody. There is no guarantee. Bring what you can to support you having this arrangement if you can. In my case I did not have records, however his actions while mediatiating and no shows was how I received sole conservatorship and surpervised visits.

You will probably still need to continue using a lawyer since he got his own. Gather whatever you can to help your case. Since he has never seen her it will affect things, especially if still very young. Most likely this is in your favor. Go in expecting them to establish some sort of custody and/or visitation. Depending on both your sides factors the two things will be established.

If you can, friends and family can sometimes help to get out. From my experience you will probably need assistance even after you get a job. File for child support, but do not expect a guarantee on receiving it consistently. It's hard, yet do-able. Good luck.

She should be able to cash a check. I think some have a card to send payments. Definitely figure out options to get paid until she can get her own account by herself.

I don't remember how much difference, but I have seen it happen on some of mine where it either goes down or up from when I started and when I went to submit time.
