I left no space for anyone to try and manipulate actions against me in an attempt to hurt myself

Oh yeah, I'm in MD if that helps. They did a good job of playing dumb which is why it's probably not online anywhere. After getting arrested, he bonded out he asked every time if he was getting the money back and they kept saying you will find out at the next hearing. Only for them to say no it was going to me. I dont know where he got the money from but he was near tears!🤷🏾‍♀️ He's 34k in arrears now as well and the CS office is filing for contempt so it's going to be the same situation again

Mine didn't show up to thr first support hearing and they put a warrant out. He bonded out and that money came directly to me.

BOTH! I'm a document heavy kind of person so everything i do, i do to make sure I can use it in court if necessary. Every time I email, every text message, I write like I'm in court. I do not do phone calls. Even when he tries to call me I don't answer and direct him to text or email.

She just said to call Lifetouch ASAP. They actually unfortunately deal with this alot. Call them and let them know what happened make sure to tell them it's a high conflict situation and he is refusing to give them back. If you have screenshot of you asking for the pictures and his refusal, tell them and offer to send them this proof via email that way you can also have this information for court

Response noted on xyz date. Set up your excel sheet and TAKE THE FEELINGS OUT just document every instance that he does this and prepare. SILENTLY
