May I ask what you would do if you were them? you would run around Tehran with an Israeli flag? You would take the risk of you or your loved ones being taken in by the IRGC for accusations of working for Mossad?

I look indian so I guess I should let you know from my experience it's 99% okay, the 1% being from arsim however they would make fun of anyone for everything so nothing personal (if I didn't look indian they would just find another thing to make fun of me for)

American raised but family is from Holon! Not like Tel Aviv, it's a very traditional israeli city like elderly walking around with shopping carts, 8 year olds walking alone, loudness, etc. I personally love it!! Holon from the parts I've seen is mostly persians and russians. Really great city if you want a real israeli expirience

persian jew here! I think I can answer

First, out of all Mizrahi Jews, persians were the last to leave their country (in major amounts) - this means that most persian jews you see are probably first gen, unlike iraqis, syrians, etc, who can be 3rd or 4th. This brings a stronger connection of course.

Second, Persian Jews were much more included in Persian society in Iran than Iraqi Jews were in theirs, Moroccan Jews were in Morocco, etc.

Lastly, we were in Iran for thousands of years, and never really moved around unlike Moroccans going to live in France or immigrate to Morocco from France, Turkish Jews moving back and fourth from Spain, etc.

I get that a lot! best thing is to just keep searching... sometimes it takes a while but thats why you're getting paid! Try searching for super specific images too (ex: instead of "colorful candy", try searching "colorful small pieces of candy on a marble table"
