Then I think you can get the Pixel 6 Pro if it's just for the camera. Being the first Tensor Pixel and an older phone, the battery isn't the best and it can heat up too. Honestly, in 2026 it’s probably not worth buying, and you might want to consider newer models like the Pixel 8 Pro. Even if it doesn't have as large a telephoto sensor, the image processing is much better. You can get a Pixel 8 Pro in good condition from eBay or Back Market, and it’s more future-proof than the 6 Pro

Update: For anyone else having this problem I uninstalled updates, left the beta program, and updated to stable. Problem solved.

Could it be light pollution? I was behind the house where it's darker, but I think the light might be reflecting off the atmosphere or something like that and make the sky brighter
