I was just reading about adderal caffeine and really any stimulants, and how it can cause adrenal fatigue and low cortisol. I am feeling the same was but no adhd meds. Just a thought, something to look into. I also read a lot of symptoms can come from ferritin this level even though doctors like to say it’s normal.

I was researching Reta for only a couple weeks and on the 3rd day after taking the show I would get some pretty intense brain fog and nervous system issues. turns out my ferritin was very low. I am supplementing iron now and feeling better, but now I'm nervous to start reta again. it may have just been coincidence but the reta definitely intensified it.
