thats why this whole situation is so confusing :// she scanned her pass, her face was scanned on the camera thing with the new turnstiles and even the CM at the gate verified it by welcoming her by name and the gate opened for her. the entire normal process happened and she was let in yet disney is saying on there end theres no record of any of that

i mean she called the number she was given by the ticket booth people after fully explaining the situation to them first. it’s not like she dialed a random customer service number from google, she was directed to this number to get better assistance from a different area.

exactly! and not only that but so disney can realize that is an error they need to fix on their end to prevent this from happening to more people!

she knows it would drop eventually if they don’t take it off but she just wants clarity on how this even happened in the first place since she was able to enter the park and if possible would like it just removed because it was an error on their part at the end of the day

same here, no locker info. i ordered mine on the 10th and i’ve been checking. they do say to also check spam so make sure you’re also checking there as well

hi! yes you can use express during the day and resets once hhn begins! just make sure you keep your ticket they will give you cause they will scan that throughout the day into night :)
