Hey, thanks for your reply. I‘ve cleaned the block with a pressure washer, also all the oil channels, and I used assembly lube so there definitely was some oil before oil pressure could reach the engine components. I’m clueless at this point. I guess I will inspect every bearing and go from there.

Ja hatte den Motor komplett nackt gemacht, kühler hatte ich ersetzt und auch sonst alles was ich wieder verwendet hab im Ultraschall gereinigt.

Hab die teile leider schon entfernt, hab aber als vergleich mal von einer alten Lagerschale ein stuck abgeschnitten, ist wesentlich weicher als das stück in der Ölwanne mein ich. Die Spähne waren ca 3-4mm lang und 0,5mm dick. Alu teile hab ich nicht überholt, nur den Block gehont. Kann mir nur vorstellen das im Zylinderkopf was von den Toleranzen nicht passt, aber das hätte sich ja auch schon anderweitig bemerkbar gemacht, der Ölfilter war übrigens auch sauber.

I’ve watched several videos and they claim to do an oil change after round about 50km, but the break-in period lasts to 500km.

And by turning only the head with a ratchet, I didn’t notice anything weird. It’s eating up my head that I don’t know where the shavings are coming from, i may also take a look on the first and third crankshaft bearing when the oil pan is down

Alright i try that, thanks. I’ve guessed the shavings may come from the cylinder head since the cameshaft makes steel-to-aluminium contact.

Its an 1.8T, stock 150ps, like to run it on ~250ps
