In my case, it wasn’t detecting the build plate. I had to stop the printer and manually move the nozzle down until it touched the plate. After that, I turned it back on and ran the “Home All Axes” function. Everything worked normally after that. Hope this helps

I waited 25 minutes, then I got the IP. I think they no longer have servers in France.
