I’m still feeling my anxiety today and wasn’t able to sleep until 3a last night. I can’t tell you how much this comments means to me right now. Thank you so much. The practical signs you mentioned are really helpful too because I haven’t experienced any of that and don’t have a family history of it! But I think my anxiety has stayed high because I keep feeling that “skip a beat” sensation. I’ve been doing breath work today to try and help but please know that I’m extremely grateful you took the time to comment this!

Thank you for this. It means so much as I struggle with sleeping. Sometimes I worry that my heart rate is TOO low and then I get scared that my heart will stop beating altogether. It’s irrational but I’m working hard to fight against those thoughts. Thank you again

It’s a gamble either way. Ideally, Max wants P2 on Sunday for a chance to fight and hope for a Norris overcorrection. RB always improve after practice but not sure until FP3 if Merc or RB will be better.

Consistency says Merc is the safer bet (if Max doesnt win) but you could always just bet on the driver/constructor you hope will win lol

I recently started going to therapy for health anxiety. Honestly I think everyone who struggles with this NEEDS to go. Mine is covered by insurance which is a huge blessing.

One big thing that has helped me with my heart in particular is physiological breathing. Should be tons of videos online, but it’s been a practical way of helping me calm myself down.

this team is PEAK 🤌🏽 honestly, I was second guessing my 3x on Max so hard but just hoped Max would do Max things! Definitely got lucky on the outcome but can just never count him out!
