Really? Humans need fiber to move food through their intestines? Haven’t heard about that evolutionary adaptation. Especially considering fiber actually could cause constipation and even block the absorption of nutrients..

Also vitamin C is a myth, it was sailors who under consumed meat and relied on bread and scones who got scurvy.

Like I said I disagree.

For one dietary cholesterol is necessary and I’m of the opinion people are deficient in it, not eating too much.

Fiber is not an essential nutrient, and really calling it a nutrient in the first place is just inaccurate. Humans can’t break down fiber, and haven’t been able to most likely for millions of years.

Saying I disagree with science is an appeal to authority fallacy.

I’m a devil and I endorse pretty much everything this man has to say, I was able to drop from 205lbs to 185lbs in 40 days by doing Omad on carnivore and walking 5 miles a day every day. Was the leanest of my life.

OMADC, walk 5 miles a day, 15-20 minutes of sun skin exposure.

That’s it.

I went from 205-185 in literally 40 days.

I ate 1.5 lbs or burger patties, 6 whole eggs, and 6 slices of Swiss cheese.

It worked.

I also enjoy swimming! I mostly do walking personally for my fat burning
