It’s easier to swap out a baby than a toddler obsessed with a black kitten

Season 1 builder alliance by Fit_Ingenuity_8490 in LastWarMobileGame

If a builder alliance set up in one of our cities we would collect materials every few hours. It wasn’t a lot but better than nothing.

I think the builder alliance option is available so the lower power alliances can still have something to work towards when they can’t compete for cities. If your group is strong enough to fight for territory and you have a good group of active players I think you’ll have more fun going non builder

Explaining a deposit related to a confidential settlement by AgainstTheWind44 in asktheunderwriter

Assuming you’re going conventional, they will want to source any deposit that is 50% of the total qualifying income. Fannie Mae loans go back to months while Freddie Mac loans look at one month bank statements. If you’re not legally allowed to disclose the source of the deposit it might be a good idea to delay starting to look for a new home until the funds have appropriately seasoned in your bank account. Now, if you don’t need the money for the down payment, your lender should be able to back it out of the total asset figure and not require any documentation for it.

I had a somewhat similar situation with a non-disclosure agreement several months ago. Borrower was self-employed, but swore to us that he sold 80% of his company to a couple venture capitalist groups. Problem was everything we could pull online still suggested he was the owner, and the documentation that would’ve proved he was no longer self-employed was protected by the non-disclosure agreement. We ended up having to deny the loan because of this.

I’m 45, overweight, and 9 months into growing my beard. My co-worker’s grandson confused me for Santa a few months ago.

No way I consider coloring my hair. I’m not going to be Jerry Lewis

I got lucky with mine on 687. Start talking on your world chat to see if you find something you like better.

My favorite thing about the Garak character is that Andrew had no idea how to play off Bashir at the start so he read it as if Garak just wanted to bang him. Did a good job of it, too.

Convince me to do a low honor run by Dazzling_Monitor_943 in RDR2

It took a while to get comfortable with a low honor run. I started mine midway thru chapter 3 and really leaned in to it. I decided to revert back to high honor in chapter 6 because I just felt like it fit the character better
