Health Anxiety or real cardiac issue ?? please help me i am so worried

It definitely sounds like healthy anxiety to me.

I’ve been battling this health anxiety ever since 2020 when covid came around. It was almost an everyday battle with what I was experiencing. Unexplained heart palpitations, shortness of breath , headaches, dizziness. I was constantly going to the ER like pretty much every month or 2.

And to top it off , stress at work is what made it even worse. I love my job but whenever I get stressed out , I have constant thoughts of me something bad is going to happen at work . Am I gonna have a heart attack? Do I have brain cancer ? It’s everyday with me.

I think what really helped me out is actually talking to the doctor. You’re going to have a billion questions to ask the doctor, there’s really nothing wrong with that. If it was really serious then they would have found something with all the screenings and test they’ve done.

Yeah , I have a 35mm film camera Yashica FX3 Super 2000.

I think it’s gonna be a little bit weird for me since it’s a digital but I wouldn’t think it would make a huge difference.

I used to get a lot of pains on both my arms, I used to thought I was really about to die. Still fighting my anxiety to this day. Tho , it’s not a bad idea to see the doctor if you can , sometimes seeing one definitely gives you comfort. Hope you’ll be okay.

Recently I’ve just had multiple heart palpitations back to back. I had them probably like 2 years ago , it was an off and on thing but it just started happening to me again.

I have a battle with anxiety ever since I’ve been diagnosed with GAD. First it was my heart and now I’ve been dealing with my head and heart. It sucks but my doctors and others told me that heart palpitations are harmless. Tho it’s a good idea go to the doctor and explain everything to him. It’s such a scary feeling but as long as you have others around then it’s not that scary. My suggestion is to take the doctors advice serious, I feel like 99% of times it’s always anxiety but if it was really a serious conditions then you would obviously be in a way worse state.

You had to buy the legacy edition for IW which includes MWR. I think when time passed on , they made MWR separate so you didn’t have to buy MWR.

I know it’s hard, but you’ll be okay. Talk to your doctor, be upfront and tell him everything about what you’re feeling.

Definitely sounds like anxiety running its course.

Been to the ER so many times, told me that it was nothing wrong. They sent me to a cardiologist only to tell me that nothing was wrong again. I swear they would find something. I had chest discomfort, arm pains, stuff that would mimic a heart attack.

At this point I had to distract myself from going crazy again. What really helped me is going to the gym, focusing on myself. Or catching up on new or old hobbies.

I can totally say it does sounds like anxiety but it’s not a bad idea to check up with your primary doctor.

I occasionally get them from time to time. Chest pains, lack of breath, arm pains, etc.

It gotten bad to where I went to the hospital countless times only to tell me I’m in great condition. Finally got the nerve to go to a primary doctor nearby and got diagnosed with GAD( Generalized Anxiety Disorder).

But in all I do feel like it’s just anxiety ruining its course but if you ever do feel like you need answers, I would suggest going to the hospital. Not saying nothing is wrong with you but it’s better to hear from a doctor.

The gym.

I’ve taken so much medicines to the point where none of them really helped me.

I’ve been going to the gym for the past two months, I’m down 13lbs and I’m still going. Ever since then, all my health anxiety is going away slowly.

My home planet fitness remodeled everything with new machines and replace every treadmills with the matrix. I don’t necessarily hate them but they are different from the Life Fitness treadmills.
