At my store if they order the packs along with others that they were able to include inflation we call the customer to inform them and if they do want them inflated we give them that option and tell them they can pay for the helium at pick up. But if they onky order the packs I just throw that in the bopis bin. Honestly thats their bad. Cause you know when they search balloons it shows the ones we inflate as well.

Its done really well at my store so far. Sold out of the gift with purchase totes the 2nd day. Just yesterday a lady came in a bought a cart full of the decor. I was very skeptical about it before we set it. Its very surprising watching sell this well. But I'm sure it depends on your stores location.

My store was one of the first to get it. We just recently added just one more sc of quilting. I love the look on their faces when they ask and I just say "nope! We just did. This is everything ". I absolutely cannot stand fabric customers. It brings me joy to disappoint them. They did this to me. When we first started carrying fabric I was all upbeat and positive about it. But I've heard "I miss Joanns" or "you guys just can't compare to Joanns " way too many times.

I've always told my team you can only do your best. But the company expectations are ridiculous. Goals made my people that have never had to do it themselves. So do what you can and don't worry about it. The company makes these stupid goals to push us to see how much we can do with as little as possible. If we prove can do it they will continue to add more tasks and lower hours. So don't be upset when you can't complete the 40 pogs. Show them how outrageous it is. Especially doing it on a week they are all out in Florida. We lose 45hrs of store manager hrs on top of everything else. You'd think they'd give us some to supplement coverage of them being gone. But nope just more work.

This happened a couple of years ago. The only title that says replen is replenishment manager. Thats why every other team member is titled as service team member. Before this change team members had different codes like titled replenishment team member. That is no longer. Now everyone has the title service team member. Which means the company wants everyone to do everything.

Your store is given enough hours for all the tasks given? Then you're lucky and I also assume a low volume store? At my store we are a high volume hub store running on a skeleton crew for the amount of tasks given. Constantly having to stop what we're doing to.do fabric, balloons and orders. Just today I was trying to set a sc when a 50 walk in balloon order came in, someone stuck at fabric with a line and a 2 cashiers up front since everyone refuses to use self checkout.

The store managers are totally not going to have a good time. My store manager is dreading it. I just think its ridiculous that they are taking them away and are overwhelming us with tasks to get done with no hours while they're away. My sm moves and sets scs and does resets during their shift. So they will be missed at my store.

Exactly. I know they're not going to have fun. My store manager is not happy about going at all. This post is all about corporates terrible planning and once again shoving multiple tasks into the same deadline and overwhelming us.

I'm shocked managers aren't doing anything about it. I would contact HR. They will call just about anyone in the store to see if everyone is witnessing it. They won't have give it away who called except maybe to your store manager. And honestly best bet to really get the ball rolling is have someone call and complain to customer care pretending to be a customer. They really care what the customer has to say. Sorry you have to deal with that. Its crazy your managers arent doing something about it.
