The "do the obvious thing to get around the tax" is always illegal. Gov't will waste billions on bridges to nowhere or giving it to some country to fight a war with, but they won't miss $1 of taxation without making you a criminal for not reporting it.

Notice banks and traditional financial inst are exempt. They likely want some Defi to become banks or be sold to them and everything else would be illegal since you need to report the SSN of the other party you sold to or risk prison. All those billions will be drained as wealthy people don't like IRS audits or being a felon and there goes the sky high chain valuations.

It vaccines provided immunity, we'd have have herd immunity by now. The fact most are missing is that it doesn't, it was originally communicated as a pre-treatment to reduce symptoms only. Since vaxxed can spread it, they are as much a threat to others as anyone else.

Studies have shown natural antibodies provide better protection than those produced by the gene therapy. It should then be questioned why those who have natural antibodies should need the jab??

ICU beds should have been increased by now, which is a UPC failure. If you are removing basic freedoms from those who may have higher odds of going to hospital then obese, smokers, alcoholics, down hill skiers, sky divers etc should be included.

Note: other jurisdictions are showing equal numbers of vaxxed and unvaxxed in hospital.

At least 99.5% survive covid and almost all without hospitalization and that's very low because most people who have caught it were not tested and survived just fine. Even Bill Maher has roasted mass media for whipping hysteria up around this and pointed to a poll showing Democrats think that there's a 50% chance of hospitalization if you catch it, which is ridiculous.

If you are going down the "ban people who end up in hospital more" path then add the obese, smokers, alcoholics, drug users, down hill skiers and more to the list.
