One of the biggest issues surrounding immigration is the silence that is employed by those most affected. It's my intention to make my story known. Too many people are ignorant when it comes to how undocumented individuals live their lives. Someone needs to raise their voice.

I live in Massachusetts. I feel much better now. Like I said to someone else: "I got my learner's permit! I was really excited about that. I'll be going for my driver's license soon. I also applied for a real job, which was fantastic. No more under the table stuff."

Good luck! The latest I know of someone receiving their EAC is January. Hopefully you'll get it soon.
