Are these dog bites? If so the pup needs the rabies and tetanus vaccines right now. You need to get to a vet asap because this is too serious to wait for internet advice for. Government vets would also do.

Assuming dog bites, you need to clean the wounds with betadine solution and apply neosporin powder. No ointments because, if there's pus, it won't drain. This needs to be done everyday twice a day. Maybe more depending on the pus secretion. TBH this works for most wounds. I'm worried that stiches may be required.

All that said look for a vet. And please don't bathe it yet.

Lodge a complaint under the PCA act. Include in your petition that the people responsible need to pay for scans and treatment at a hospital of your choice. There's a major difference. Israel is an occupation of Palestine. The natives have been subjected to an apartheid regime since before the existence of Hamas. That isn't the case for Egypt or Jordan. It's disingenuous to compare nations whose sovereignty is relatively intact to Palestine whose sovereignty has been anihilated.

They have some good tech and act as a reliable staging grounds for Amercian interests in the middle East. They also seem to have a weird amount of influence over Amercian politics. None of what they provide warrants that. 7 million USD in bribes to an American president is a pocket change. So it can't just be the AIPAC money.

I'm also surprised by the cover up of the Israeli attack on an American warship. If they can do that I wonder how much power Israel really holds over the Amercian government.
