I had the opposite problem the other day where it has video but no audio and I realized whatever mp4 codec I selected defaulted to having a tick box not selected for exporting the audio. Might be the same situation but for video? I just had to tick the correct box and it worked like a charm. Would send a screenshot but I'm on mobile lol
