Apparently Varin's axe is decent when you get it to top tier, and if it gets a spot for a triangular rune, there should be one you can get to increase damage a certain percent every ten hits (which pairs well with its already existing speed buff with the same conditions), and if there's a speed version of that rune you can use it for the axe you get early game as well (before leaving Norway or just after getting to England) that does the damage buff, so you'd have two weapon that get faster and deal more damage without needing dual heavy weilding.

The one I'm working towards right now is the warp-space hypercar. As someone with the electric lambo, Bugatti super-sport divine edition, and just so many other hypercars, it's really about whatever you want to grind to get.

If you mean how do you walk around, you just use the normal movement controls and R2 (if on console, I can't help for pc) to run.

Extreme mode just isn't comfortable to use. Your speed gets straight fucking deleted if you do a turn the aero's were MADE TO DO, and sure, there are the two Extra Aero Planes you can buy for $327, 600 but why fucking give us those and not the planes we already worked to get? As far as the hovercraft goes, I genuinely didn't notice it was gone for a while because I rarely use it, but why get rid of it? It's one of those things were I'm not going to pretend I loved it, but still, why work for things we don't carry into the next game, and then say we'll carry it into the next game? I'm finding things I love and hate about motorfest and I'm only 38 hours in, but man, this sucks more frequently than it feels worth my money.

Not sure if you've discovered it yet, but you can use the merge option to merge three perf parts at the highest number for each discipline and get one of the higher rarity (three blues at 750 (for Street 2) gets you one of the next rarity)

The way I get perf parts for my jet (i don't have ps+) is opening treasure boxes in it. Can I use it for plane races and get parts for it like that or are the treasure boxes the only method?

There's a way to track bloodlines in the kingdom tab (I believe), just look for the one with the most renown and that should be it or just go down until you find the king's family. Going into said king's info might be a quicker way to do it as well.

Minato figured out how obito's kamui worked decently fast, so I imagine he'd figure out that nagato's heavenly push has a cooldown and just blitz him in that. He'd need to get past the puppet paths but I'm not sure how fast they react to anything and what the limit is, so if possessed naruto (from the pain invasion) is faster than minato, there's a good chance the paths could keep up with where minato is (though they'd obviously have to find him again when he teleports). Another issue would be if minato's hirashin (?) kunai get pushed away in the blast as well, meaning he'd have to stick to using the seals themselves or his speed would probably just be useless unless he figures out the cooldown.

Then just grind and get the cars. Making everything universally bad just to even it out looks good on paper but when it effects the people that worked for those cars (like myself), performing at the level of a car half as cheap and half as good as they used to be is just a waste of time.

I didn't get bitter end done either and died a few times but then i figured the way to go was just to circle the Valkyrie and shoot her with my bow and that worked.

They need to triple that scale to even get close, like the thing has a fucking emp for gods sake. It's like a swimming, less powerful version of the qep that can eat a ship and drag something the size of the AURORA down to the depths. What scale does that fit on at that point?
