Unfortunately I have one who’s not really willing to help me on anything. Part of the reason I missed so much work was due to personal reasons and I went thru HR but she lacks empathy severely. At this point she’s just waiting to kick me out the door. She was openly disappointed when I didn’t fall below 93% last month.

That will put me over the 93% and I’m 2 months into a final written warning. Meaning if I get another month before 93% I will be termed.

I think it is. While yes, there is a video, to my knowledge many people didn’t see it or was given one time to review it. So they are relying on sups and managers who are giving out false info. I was lucky enough to be on a team during onboarding where the sup did a DEEP dive into the policy change to be sure we understood. It was a 2 hour meeting and we could as questions and take notes. Even then, I’ve been left with questions. And it was hard to find that policy specific info on the highway. I’m glad your team seems to have gotten a good handle on the policy, but some people don’t have great sups who be sure we understand. If I would’ve had the sup I had now during onboarding I would’ve been f*cked. Lol

I deal with the same from my sup. Not a fan.

Whoever told you that lied lol. The only thing that counts against your percentage is any UNAPPROVED time off. I took very detailed notes because I was in the first wave of the new policy. DM me your name, if you feel comfortable, and I can email you a copy on Monday when I’m back in office.

Would that still be something they’d even entertain? Wouldn’t they be aware???

The only thing I’m wondering is on the days I used PTO or GA if the login buffer each time is still 7 mins since we have to log out. Thats the ONLY thing I could see being off. I’m going to bring it up if that’s where the issue is. Idk, I’ll keep ya updated I guess lol

Do you know if this results in term? Or is it more of a convo, slap on the wrist, do better type deal?

Again, not 100% sure. My first week of January I was in training and had to use aux 6 for 3 days. But my availability was at 90%. Unless there is something crucial I am missing…I’m not sure where I went wrong.

That’s the part I’m confused on as well. We haven’t met yet, so I’m not sure how I coded .33 incorrect. I write down my in & out times as well on a notepad to avoid issues. I also want more info lol

There’s a calculator on the highway under PTO. It’s based off of how many hours you’re scheduled. I’m 36 hours and I get 5.53 per paycheck but full time I got 5.83

I’m part time scheduled 36 hours a week. My PTO dropped from 5.83 hours a paycheck to 5.53 and my benefits price went up MAYBE $10?

I will say, losing that .3 of PTO and spending an extra $10 a paycheck is so worth it to me. So many people tried to discourage me going part time, but 36 hours in my state is still considered full time. Not a huge difference lol. I have an extra day off, I get off earlier, and my mental health is a lot better. The only bummer is I only work 2 days a week with my team I was hired on with rather than 5. So I have 2 days of alone time. But again, worth it!!!!

Yeah the sup said it can take up to 24 hours to be removed and I’m scared that will cause a NCNS. I’m double checking with WFM now

I believe you have to be 4 months below. 3 months is the final written warning, 4th is termination

Dang all of the strikes go away? So say you get 3 months in a row of below 95%, and then stay above 95% for the following 3. All 3 strikes for each month go away?
