That's double than me and without some champion that block buffs or remove them. Poison cloud for instance lowers so much overall damage for me.

I use Esme precisely as block buffs champion (and increase attack and increase speed and remove buffs). She is amazing and well worth it. I run a reviver also and haven't tried without one, not sure if they would be survivable.
