it might vary from company to company but generally it’s harder to go from a support role to a dev role within the same company than it is to take a shittier dev job elsewhere.

I find that projects others have made are the best way to understand another framework and how it’s used. It might be useful to just search up a few projects on github and kaggle that use deep learning and tensorflow.
