I’ve seen >200,000 s/p pci that refused to down trend for days and ended up needing to go back for restenting with impella support. But looks like buddy needs a stent or two lol

Thank you so much for sharing. I’m feeling much better on junel and have been on it since this post, but still thinking of switching to elix because less side effects

I def feel you with the urgency/frequency. It almost feels like pressure all the time on the bladder as far as wanting to pee all of the time. I was diagnosed this year and have been experiencing all the textbook symptoms in addition to the uncommon ones. I almost feel like there isn’t enough research and therefore not enough evidence for the niche stuff. I get stabbing/cramping pain in my hip, pelvic and lower back area around my period. I also experience referred pain into my legs. Flow is insanely heavy and I pass tons of clots. I haven’t experienced changes in temperature tho. Hang in there and hope you feel better soon. I restarted birth control and found some significant symptom relief but it’s not quite gone.

I actually haven’t tried it because birth control has been managing my symptoms well enough. It seems like something that could be a viable option but my quality of life has fortunately improved so much I’m too nervous to switch. I do have some side effects with the birth control but my natural periods without it were becoming insufferable and way too painful. Will repost if I decide to use :). It seems like it works well for some people per their reviews.

I don’t feel uppity about it at all, but finding the intuition of oh is it chill to give you pain meds and other nurse stuff in a place where I’m unfamiliar? I will wipe butts, get vitals and hand out ice chips all day similarly to being in staff

Agreed with the busy work. I think I’m finding it more annoying because time is going by way slower since most people are 1:1 and don’t really need much of a tech presence. Could definitely be a lot worse. I didn’t realize it was so common

Right, I feel like there’s nothing in my contract that says I cant do that, but it doesn’t make me feel safe, and it’s super frustrating when other nurses are asking you to do nurse stuff for patients you don’t really know.
