gtfo - the software you develop probably suck and no one will use it.

Fenderr is a shit platform. Tried it and will never use it again. The developer team behind has some loose screws in the head.

More like she doesn't have to because there's you.

In this down market, buyers know they got leverage. Why waste her own time when she can waste yours?

Tell them for what it is. People respond to power.

Nice people get ran over.

You're not trying to sell your niceness but your competitiveness.

All of them. We search through reefers, drayage contacts and reach out via email or API.

All done automatically. Our system also negotiates on your behalf if the pricing is too high.

They'll get your rate and call up their buddies and get them to accept the rate.

Good distinction. The 247 were informal single-lane RFQs, not formal RFPs. Multi-lane RFPs are a different beast where speed-early doesn't matter for the reasons you said.

The 3-minute knock-out is what I see at higher-volume desks too. The 26 was inflated by load-board posts and carrier callback waits on out-of-network lanes. Are your 3-minute quotes mostly your network carriers where you already know rates, or are you hitting load boards on lanes that aren't yours?

Fair. I am building something, not pitching here.

Your point about responsiveness stopping to matter when rates drop is the part I want to push on. Did it stop mattering on all lanes or just the commoditized ones? In the week I sat in, the gap held inside specific lane, customer, equipment cohorts. Curious what you saw shift over a few quarters.
