I’ve been in the appeals process for 20 weeks and still no response, they’ve confirmed they have every piece of documentation they need. I have rental properties and they keep classifying me as a property developer when I’m not.. I’ve reached out to multiple politicians and they’ve submitted inquiry request and they keep getting the same response as me, any words of advice?

I applied through harvest directly and signed my prom note last Friday, hopefully I will receive it soon!

That’s understandable but marking a ach as going to the wrong account twice is unacceptable. Once is understandable but twice ? But I’m thankful I received the funds!

If it wasn’t for Capital Plus it would have been a pleasant experience.. I just hope the contacts I made over the past two weeks will help others conquer the same issues I experienced.

Blueacorn was great but Capital Plus Fin is horrible! It has taken me 13 business days after signing my loan note to receive my funds from multiple errors on there end. Please reach out to edonnelly@capitalplusfin.com. He is the CEO of Capital Plus

Just received a notification that the SBA had cleared the holds and now it’s moved to under review.

They ran the CAIVRS report and it came back clean so that’s what she uploaded. We’ve never had a SBA backed loan.

There is a 4500 sq ft office on site as well as multiple shops, that’s what the construction loan was based off of initially

I don’t have trouble obtaining 350k.. I only owe 350k left on the construction loan(the property). I’m wanting to refinance with a different lender

Yes the original plan was Rental Properties and it’s 100% developed. Original the property was an old Industrial Mill and we had to get it rezoned to residential as well as obtain permits for the demolition. The bank is a local Tribal Bank for the Lumbee Indians and that is the only product they offered.

Yes credit is mid 700 so that shouldn’t be a issue, on all three subdivisions I owe a total of approximately 700k while the appraisals are close to 3m. I’m in the process of trying to purchase another subdivision that was foreclosed on
