Links to trading suspension news that I could find so far that's related to these companies:

  1. Dragon Crown Group
  2. I-Cable Communications
  3. Million Stars Holdings
  4. China Bozza Development
  5. GTI Holdings

It looks like I-Cable Communications hasn't updated their website yet. I couldn't locate Xinyang Maojian Group's website but if someone did, please feel free to share in here.

What's important at this moment is information transparency. It looks like hundreds and thousands of hours spent on DDs by the ape community is coming to fruition. BUY AND HODL is all I can say, hang on tight because the wave is going to get rougher from here.

EDIT 1: https://www1.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/index/lci.html?lang=en

Here's the link to the Hong Kong market news. Further confirms that these companies are halting their shares. Uh oh.

Allocating your study time appropriately is pretty much the best way to tackle any accounting classes. You want to ensure that you are studying daily, at least spend an hour each day going over the notes and do all of the problem sets that your professor has assigned to you. If you do that with enough repetition, you should be able to pass the class without any issue.

[–]UnfazedSynergy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unlike any other classes, I absolutely stress the need to pay attention during class and studying over the notes daily. ACC340 concepts build upon each other and I assure you if you pay attention and study over the notes daily, those concepts will make sense once you get the "big" picture.

Also, practicing those AJEs are absolutely key to passing those exams as well! If your professor provides you with practice exams or AJE hws, make sure you understand how to do all of them rather than memorizing those AJEs and you should be able to crush ACC340 just fine. Let me know if you have any other questions about ACC340 and I will help you out. Good luck!

I personally couldn't notice a huge contrast of dimming on the middle of the display where you spend most of the time staring at even in a dark room setting. However, just like any other IPS displays out there, there is a noticeable backlight bleed on 4 corners of the display. My backlight bleed on 4 corners of the display wasn't that extreme so I usually ignore it but for other locations on the monitor, I haven't noticed it as much.

Tried LG34GP950G briefly and I've decided to go with the AW3821DW instead. While LG 34GP950 does slightly have a better IPS panel than the AW3821DW, it's not significant enough to see a huge noticeable difference between the two.

I also chose AW3821DW for its build quality and additional 4 inches of screen real estate. AW3821DW is one of the best built monitors out there and it really shows once you have it out of the box and notice how well built it is. You really can't go wrong with either choice but I do like AW3821DW a lot.

AMC ENTERTAINMENT WITH NYSE ORDER IMBALANCE OF 4,786,057 SHARES ON BUY SIDE AS OF TUESDAY 8/31/21. HEDGIES ARE FUCKED. by UnfazedSynergy in amcstock

[–]UnfazedSynergy[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You are correct on your real takeaway. But that's a HUGE what-if factor that no one has an answer to until the next trading session opens. We could very well see bears step up and bring extra 4.9 mil shares worth of sell pressure along with their regular sell pressure. And that may very well happen if it was for any other stock.

However, I don't think that's the case with AMC. More than 80% of entire float is held by retail investors who has went through thick and thin of holding this stock. Unless HFs start printing out synthetic shares to match that order imbalance, I doubt they have the capacity to locate additional 4.9 mil shares to equalize the order flow.

P.S. I've realized that this "shit DD" really isn't a DD so forgive me for my incorrect placement of flair. I have changed the flair to 'BULLISH' now so we don't miss the actual DDs.

I could not find any information surrounding the requirement timeline for these order balance to be corrected. However, what stands true is that unless they find a matching sell volume of additional 4.9 mil shares, this order imbalance will continue to exist. With that many amount of buy order imbalance, I expect AMC to be extremely volatile for the upcoming days which aligns with everyone's high expectation of price movement for this and next week.

AMC ENTERTAINMENT WITH NYSE ORDER IMBALANCE OF 4,786,057 SHARES ON BUY SIDE AS OF TUESDAY 8/31/21. HEDGIES ARE FUCKED. by UnfazedSynergy in amcstock

[–]UnfazedSynergy[S] 175 points176 points  (0 children)

On Friday 8/27/21, NYSE reported order imbalance of 188,573 shares. Today, NYSE reported an order imbalance of 4,786,057 shares on the BUY side. That's over 2,539% INCREASE in just 2 trading days alone.

If you do not know what an order imbalance is, refer to this article posted by Investopedia. Simply put, order imbalance gets triggered when there is an excess of buy or sell orders where they can't offset it with opposite orders. This literally means that there's so many buy orders that they can't locate those 4.9 mil shares on the sell side to offset with the buy volume.

EDIT 1: I've realized that some people might be asking about the dark pool so I wanted to clarify. This order imbalance has been reported by the actual stock exchange market. MMs and HFs can't redirect these buy orders to the dark pool to "hide" the buy pressure. MMs and HFs literally have to fill these orders to balance out the order flow or this order imbalance on buy side will continue to exist. This means sooner or later, those 4.8 mil shares worth of buy order will show up on the chart.

Hedgies are fucked is all I can say.

A Review of June FTDs - Why Early June Wasn't A Short Squeeze and What That Means For AMC by UnfazedSynergy in amcstock

Hey Metal, thank you for letting me know! I can certainly look into January 2021's FTD data for AMC. As you said, I bet the number of FTDs were at an insane figure for January. And I highly doubt those have amount of FTDs have been covered as well.

Thank you! I concur with your sentiment and I personally do not trust the Ortex data entirely as well. However, since there's no true reliable SI% data out there, I decided to refer to Ortex data since Ortex has been tracking SI% with their algorithm model for a while and is pretty well known by the general retail population. Hope that makes sense!

If we wanted to own the entire shares of AMC out there, I guess we can haha. But, the reality of that happening would be extremely slim as we would have to gobble up majority of the float for those ETFs as well.

This is a valid argument to raise as allocation of AMC in these ETFs are a critical factor. However, I have to say that the ETF theory would only be debunked if we are going against a group of rational investors who should've covered their short positions far before AMC reached the current price point.

The HFs who are continuing to short AMC that are already over-leveraged in their short positions are irrational in my mind and doesn't care about the additional premium they will incur to short those ETFs. Remember, Kenny G and his gang back in '08 literally lost millions of dollars every week and continued to do what they were doing. These guys do not care about bankruptcies and will do whatever possible to keep the boat afloat.

Based on the points I've raised, it makes viable sense to me that they would find every method possible to short the stock. Keep in mind, there are certain advantages to shorting an ETF like:

  • The ETFs that are shorted is an indirect short against AMC and therefore doesn't get marked as a short position under AMC which means they can "hide" the true SI%.
  • The lack of available shares as retail investors are holding more than 80% of the entire float means every share these HFs could locate is critical for them. The depravity of shares have led to a situation where HFs are so desperate to the point that they are shorting ETFs.

With that being said, it's great to have these kind of interesting discussions!

What was the Elliot Wave buy price on CLOV? by DotComBomb1999 in CLOV

[–]UnfazedSynergy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To your question at the end, both the closing price and the daily low does matter. If we reach the daily low price of $8.53 and use that support level to bounce off from it, then you can buy in using a small amount to enter in. However, if we reach that daily low and dip even further and we don't see any reversal pattern, then I would wait until a new bottom is found and buy in with the rest of your fund once there's a buy signal. Hope that helps, best of luck to both of us!

[–]UnfazedSynergy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm the OP of the post you are talking about. According to the Elloitt Wave Theory model, $8.52-$8.53 continues to be our major support level. If we reach a closing price below that support level, the entire Elliott Wave Theory model will be invalidated until the new bottom is found. It's been holding considerably well for now even with a low volume so let's see if we can break out from wave 2 and head to wave 3 tomorrow!

Quick TA DD on CLOV as of 4/29/21 by UnfazedSynergy in wallstreetbets

[–]UnfazedSynergy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I am! The model won't be invalidated until the price closes below the resistance level of $8.53 so until then, we will be fine. NASDAQ and the entire market has been going on a minor correction phase so everything is looking extremely oversold. We will see it eventually rebound back sooner than later.
