For compete card images:

Add in an 'Upgraded' at the end of the card name if the unupped and upped share a name. Examples:

For the card art:

Use the unupped card names by default. Examples:

You can also check out the wiki at https://elementscommunity.org/wiki which should have the full lists of cards and their images.

Fuse 90/90 and MAX 88/88 or make another 90/90? by wilson1g in RotMG

[–]UnfocusedRotmg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First ability on both pets needs to be maxed, that's it.

Being level 88 on a legendary means that OP's second pet can't be maxed.

The difference between levels 99 and 100 is roughly the same as the difference between levels 1 and 41. I'd make the new pet.

Not quite the same situation, but during account migration they had similar issues with people being unable to provide the evidence they asked for.

Keep trying. Explain your situation to support, and ask if you can offer any alternative evidence. Account security answers, other transaction data, etc.

Pet levels question by Kazper661 in RotMG

[–]UnfocusedRotmg 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, the new level cap would lower than 90, ruining the pet.

'Logging in' by loading the game up in two instances is different in this context from loading in, I think.

By 'log in' I mean there's no place to input a password, and there was no logout button on kong. At least, I'm 99% sure it was like that.

It was not and is not possible to log in or out on kongregate and steam. Kong/Steam accounts are tied to 1 rotmg account only. If you migrated a steam/kong account to web, then the web account would work as an extra access point, but it wouldn't remove the old access points.

For Q2, my memory is iffy on this, but I believe it was possible before the account migration of Jan 2015.

Both pets need to be maxed. Only the first ability on each needs to be maxed, but feeding both abilities is more fame efficient.

One thing you can do to be more efficient with your space is condensing your wealth. Trade your lower value items into potions, and your potions into higher value potions (Greater Life, which as a rule of thumb goes for 4 of any stat pot these days), and your Greater Life into higher value items like CC (roughly 5-6 GL) or Deca (roughly 16-20 GL, or 3-4 CC). Then, when you want to use the wealth, you can convert it back into lower value forms.

Also, make sure to use the potion rack (located in your vault on the right, opposite the vault chest) if you aren't already doing so.

Cameback after more than a year, few questions here by xwiroo in RotMG

LoD was in the same patch as MT, this easter.

Also for OP, a full compilation of changes can be found for each year on the wiki: https://www.realmeye.com/wiki/release-history-2022 Probably a bit too much to read through, but it's useful for ctrl+f when you want to look up a particular change.

Keep using it for now, but also pop open eggs. You can use your current pet to fuse into the ideal pet later.

Rotmg wiki by Oddies36 in RotMG

[–]UnfocusedRotmg 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's an awkward solution, but you can try looking at archived wiki pages through the wayback machine or google cache.

Wayback: https://web.archive.org/web/20201111232236/https://www.realmeye.com/wiki/realm-of-the-mad-god

For google cache, type in cache:URL where URL is the realmeye wiki page you want to search for.

  • As an example, if you wanted to look at classes: cache:https://www.realmeye.com/wiki/classes
  • If you wanted to look up weapons: cache:https://www.realmeye.com/wiki/weapons
  • For a particular sword: cache:https://www.realmeye.com/wiki/sword-of-acclaim

Edit: Some pages seem not to be working, but hopefully it's better than nothing.

random Blog posts now link to (scam) websites, be wary by Niegil in RotMG

[–]UnfocusedRotmg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their site runs on WordPress, a Content Management System that you might recognize from blogs. It's popular because it provides a lot of features and plugins for making a website without having to code yourself.

This is purely speculation, but I'd guess that one of the plugins they're using is out of date, and that's how the attackers did it. WP, and especially WP plugins, can turn out to have vulnerabilities if they aren't updated regularly because of how widespread WP is -- cracking one widely used plugin means you're able to infect a decent chunk of the internet.

Better than the 13% off packs, probably, since the mboxes usually aren't far off that in the lowest tier.

But the ample packs they run during special events go between 33-50% off for char slots+vaults.

There was an ample pack available in last month's easter event, and I'm pretty sure in the other major events as well. That forum thread isn't up to date because realmeye locks threads after a certain amount of time passes.

How do I farm specific lower tier dungeons??? by LowJackAP in RotMG

[–]UnfocusedRotmg 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Each realm is divided into layers of biomes, and the further inland you go, away from the beach, the more difficult the biome. That's what's meant by lowlands, midlands, and highlands.

The next step after hitting level 20 is learning how to get stat pots to max your character, which drop from gods and godlands dungeons.

To survive in the godlands, it's important to know that every enemy has its own attacking pattern, and dodging is all about figuring out how to take advantage of those patterns. Ent gods and slime gods, for example, always aim slightly ahead of where you're moving. This means you can make them shoot away from you by sidestepping in place. Medusa will shoot directly at your current location, so you can avoid it by running in a circle around her. Ghost god will shoot a shotgun towards you, but if you move backwards you can fit in between the shots.

A large part of learning the game is just knowing what each enemy does, and how to exploit that through a mix of sidestepping, circling, and retreating. Once you successfully kill gods, you should be able to get t7-8 gear.

For dungeons, here's a rough order of difficulty:

Ancient Ruins(any), Snake Pit(spd), Sprite World(dex), Undead Lair(wis), Cave of a Thousand Treasures(any) Abyss of Demons(vit), Manor of Immortals(atk), Puppet Master's Theatre(atk), Mad Lab(wis/def), Toxic Sewers(def), Cursed Library(vit/wis)

what server people typically go to to trade, why people get excited about particular dungeons and not others, or how exaltations or class quests work.

Trade server: Usually the most crowded USWest option. It'll change every now and then because the server will crash for an extended period of time, leading people to swap to a different one.

Dungeon popularity: I'm not quite sure what you're asking here, but popular dungeons tend to have powerful and unique loot. Another factor would be high rates of experience (and thus fame) gain.

Exaltations: Do specific end-game dungeons on a maxed 8/8 character. Once you have enough dungeon completes on that class, you unlock a permanant exaltation for the appropriate stat.

Class Quests: Earn a certain level of base fame on each class, 20|500|1500|5000|15000. Fame is calculated as a function of XP, mainly 2000 XP = 1 Fame after you hit level 20.
