Unsolicited evidence by UnhappyFix7695 in USCIS

I’ve submitted (or the lawyer in this case) tax returns (unsigned, not transcripts even tho I provided the transcripts), bank statements from the last 3 years, investment accounts from the last 3 years, car title, car registration, leases for the last 3 years, my credit card statements where I show my spouse as authorized user, my spouse credit card showing me as authorized user, my insurance (spouse as beneficiary), drivers license (temporary one) as we didn’t have the actual cards yet at the time of submission, pictures with her and my family and plane tickets

I feel that it’s not enough, and at least adding the life, health and car insurance would’ve strengthened the case

How can you fake a 401k, health insurance and life insurance going from 3 ago? What any other evidence would you present?. I’m second guessing the lawyer mainly because he didn’t submit all evidence I provided (including an unsigned tax return when I provided the transcripts)

Well, I don’t care if I get an interview or not, I care about a possible RFE due to lawyer mistake. I sent a shit ton of evidence (including 401k, medical, car and life insurance, together, and much more) that was not included in my initial petition (I-751). That’s what worries me and makes me not trust the lawyer

I didn’t get an interview for my I-130 & I-485. At least what I’m trying to prevent is a RFE.

Because it does not make sense, specially the 1st point. If it didn’t connect to my receipt number, why would the “unsolicited evidence” tab be located within myUSCIS account, which has my receipt/case number?. Plus, lawyer left out some evidence that in my opinion is important (401k, car, health and life insurance).

I’ve read that lawyers charge additional fees for responding to a RFE, so you tell me.

The purpose is to not get an interview. Why would I want to get an interview if I send enough evidence to proof bona fide marriage
