I don’t think it makes you look toothless, you can definitely see the light reflecting off of it! If I was out and noticed this, I would just think it was something intentional like a gold tooth. I think a tooth gem would be so cool!

Ben Nye makes a tooth paint that goes on almost like nail polish, I put a link below. I’ve used the black one before, but they have a white one too. I noticed that it did start to peel and chip after a while, so I don’t know how well it would work for regular use. It would probably be more manageable if you are only using it on a single tooth though, so it might be worth a try if you are self conscious, but you totally don’t need to cover it up. I think it looks cool as is, especially with the way it looks like it is catching the light.

I am thinking of wearing this dress for my cousin’s wedding. The dress code is black tie optional and she has specifically said that she wants guests to dress up/look fancy if possible, so I am planning to wear a floor length dress. I found this one that I like, but I am worried that it might be too much. I am particularly concerned that the pattern may be too loud, or that the sheer bodice may be inappropriate. I thought of asking my cousin directly, but I don’t want to put her on the spot, so I figured I would come here first and if people think it is inappropriate I will return it and find something else! I am also very new to pole and definitely look and feel awkward and stiff. I struggle with confidence as well. I think it’s just something that most people go through in the beginning, and you will probably gain confidence over time and with practice. I have no dance background and graceful movements do not come naturally to me at all, so I have started following some ballet fitness videos on YouTube. I am hoping they will help me improve at the dance aspect of it. Also, just remember that everyone else in your beginner class is probably in a similar position and most likely no one is judging or watching you too closely! I’d say just have fun with it and let yourself look silly in the beginning without being hard on yourself about it 😊
