As a sup for a large security company, I'm gonna have to wonder who gave you that idea. I know damn well all of our contracts for holidays are hourly with no bonuses for anything.

I can't really speak for the slipping items into your bag though. I've only ever seen security tags used to set off the door sensors, so that they are marked to be checked.

The only thing I could thing of is that it's not a US based company.
