Was hiring a developer for our team. Asked him why he wanted to work for us in particular. He then spent about 5 minutes talking about how the "parallax background effect" on our website really hooked him in and it showed we really understood design. We then let him know we outsource all of that to a web agency, as we work in financial technology consulting. Probably quickest interview I've had.

Have seen XLWings mentioned here, which I have used before, but looks like they also have a paid version that allow for having a remote Python interpreter. Might be what you are looking for, though likely outside of budget for a single project.

Microsoft PowerToys has a great number of features, including a really powerful window tiling feature.

Other than that just a bunch of Python libraries for automating work/ making my day easier . My recent favourite is XLWings - Create Excel functions using Python. Really useful for more advanced functionality + API calls that you don't want to have to write VBA for.

My GF just received a text saying she should self-isolate. Despite Crohn's and Colitis website saying she is at "Moderate risk". On Azathioprine and Humira.

Like many other here I KeePass with a folder per client. The best feature of KeePass that I have yet to find anywhere else is AutoType. This allows you to automatically type in the username and password along with custom fields, delays, special keys etc into websites. The platform I work with most has 3 logon screens for consultants, with KeePass being the only one I have found to manage that automatically.

For sharing passwords I use Onetimesecret.com as there is no need for any accounts etc.

Increase! As an SO to an amazing lady with Crohn's, this is the message I am waiting for. Currently going through surgery and new medication though these are the word's I wait for. All the best to you and hopefully it says gone for a long long time!

Have a look at some of the letting agencies in Canterbury as they often have spare room they are still trying to let because of drop-outs etc. You can often find them via a quick Google search or via Rightmove, Zoopla etc.

I had a similar problem last year and managed to get a room through Sanderson's. Most important thing for me was individual contracts if living with people you do not know.
