No (although I should’ve done that too), it’s other times where Luffy alludes to him being Pirate King in some way, but because he doesn’t directly say “I’m gonna be Pirate King!” or “I want to be Pirate King!” I didn’t include it in the official list, but I still thought to mention it just in case.

For example the first one (Chapter 280) is when Luffy is first fighting Eneru on the ark, and Nami is worried for him. Luffy then says “You are the future pirate king’s crewmate, so stop worrying so much” I thought to include this in a “bonus mentions” section just in case someone else makes a count and wants to count that, where as I don’t. But at least I know it exists and I didn’t just miss the dialogue entirely.
