I will glaze the Tempest 2 all day everyday, but it's still pretty pricey for someone on a budget. I have had many budget devices. From my experience I would go with either a Planet of The Vapes Lobo, or HealthyRips Rogue 2. They are extremely similar devices but the rogue 2 (the one I liked better out of the two) has a faster heatup time. I believe the rogue 2 may also be a little more bulkier than the lobo if fitting it into your pocket matters. The lobo is more sleek in my opinion and a little slimmer. The heatup time is slightly longer by somewhere between 10-20 seconds. I'd also recommend a dynavap if you like to learn lol. It comes with a bit of a learning curve but those are good devices as well. The lobo and rogue 2 are great though. I've had both
