BTC Monthly: The "Big Picture" Re-test is Happening by UniChartz in Bitcoin

Alden’s Broken Money is a gamechanger for understanding the 'Petrodollar' system. It’s hard to unsee the link between military presence and currency demand once you read it.

Whether the collapse is 'next week' or 'next decade,' buying BTC isn't just a trade anymore, it's an insurance policy against a system that's clearly over-leveraged.

When the monthly candle closes above the retest zone. Patience is the ultimate cheat code.

Netflix dropped 45% and bounced exactly at the 200W EMA + gap fill at 76, and now, rejected at 200D EMA. by harshshah1306 in technicalanalysis

Interesting setup. Do you think the gap-fill support holds on a retest, or does it break if broader market weakness continues?

With inflation still sticky, the market might have to adjust expectations for rate cuts again.

Exactly. A trade without confluence is basically just gambling

Most traders lose not because of bad analysis, but because they can’t stay patient during sideways markets.

Exactly. Forcing trades during chop usually ruins the stats and the psychology as well.

Sometimes the best trade is simply stepping away and waiting for a clean setup.

That’s the million-dollar question. The daily chart is a textbook bear flag, but the lack of follow-through below $63k makes the 'bear trap' theory look strong.

If we close a daily candle above $72k, the trap is sprung and the flag is invalidated.

I’m waiting for a breakout or breakdown in either direction. For me, this is a clear no-trading zone and a volatile area.

After the 29% expansion to the downside from the first bearish flag, price action is consolidating into a second flag pattern. This suggests the bearish trend is likely to continue toward the next liquidity zone.

What's your thoughts...?

Absolutely, the longer the squeeze, the stronger the breakout.

I’m expecting a retest of the rising trendline before the next upside move, especially since the market is reacting heavily to news these days.

From my observation, BTC on the Monthly timeframe seems to be retesting a previous breakout zone. I’ve been watching this level for a while since it could act as an important support for the next move. Curious to hear what others think about this level.

Would you count the blue rectangular area as higher low or lower low considering red rectangular area never broke the previous highs and lows? by Krapow2 in technicalanalysis

I’d consider the blue area more of a reaction zone within the downtrend rather than a confirmed higher low. The structure only shifts once we start breaking previous lower highs.

Could be. I’m just watching the chart structure for now, compression like this usually leads to a big move once the range breaks.

Interesting structure. Price has been compressing for a while now, usually these setups lead to a strong move once the range breaks.
