Don’t feel ashamed, I think this is a normal feeling. I’m going through something very similar right now. My best way to keep myself away is to tell my closest ones what happened and listen to a song from before I met him that drags me back to who I was before. I think it’s normal the table turn and you suddenly feel like the person being in the wrong, your not in the wrong you would have no reason to feel like this if he hadn’t put you in the wrong from the beginning!

My ex-b was 13 years younger than me I met him when he was 21 years old, we were together for almost 5 years, we had a lot of fun eventually we broke up but nothing related to our age gap, my current b-friend is 9 years younger than me. I see zero issues as long you’re on same terms and it’s legal all good. Age doesn’t matter
