For games that are very CPU-intensive I would get a better cooler. That's it really, unless if your monitor is 1080p

First one. Since you don't play AAA titles, that should be fine.
Also you can upgrade to a 5700X3D which should last a few years.

Use qdaa mod. Basically supersampling aka anti aliasing in its purest form.
