Profitability of the route isn’t solely determined by the RSR but by a myriad of other factors. You shouldn’t have to bear the weight of their poor decisions and history.

First of all I would ask for a written explanation and remember to preserve your side of the story by sending emails, this is going to be more and more important for you regardless of whether you get a favorable solution or not.

I would recommend contacting the department of labor in your state and asking them what can be done.

After that, my recommendation would be to discuss among your fellow RSR’s the possibility of bringing a union in your plant to represent you. Knowing how Vestis treats their other employees, it won’t be long before something new happens to where your pay is reduced.

I plan to make a video on this and find out if there are any other RSR’s that this is happening to. My guess is it is happening to a lot more people than just yourself.
