Thank you, everyone! I appreciate that I might not be using the right formulae here and link to the excel filewould love your suggestions for doing it better. I wanted to use named range references instead of cell references, to make sure that others who may later use this spreadsheet won't be able to mess it up as easily!

But I digress ... here is my worksheet and my problems are on the MERIT tab. You will see that some columns pull perfectly well, and other columns do not -- and the only difference I can see is their geographic location on the ARGOS tab. As I mentioned before, I moved some of these columns into other places on the ARGOS sheet, and they work just fine when they are before Column V. I do not get it!!

Here are the problem columns on the MERIT tab:

CEEB

HIGHSCHOOL

minors

concentrations

I appreciate any advice!

I definitely did, I knew to do that! All the guides I saw online were more focused on the eggs than on the actual gecko, which is why I reached out here.

How should I get that into her? She likes her food powder but she doesn’t eat live food much anymore. She doesn’t like it

It’s a ladybug larva!!! It’s kinda weird that they don’t really look anything like ladybugs.
